I HAVE seen Backrooms, and damn it, I think you’ve nailed it. The digital world as the Backrooms resonates deeply with me: endless halls that all are sort of the same, occasional horrors, “no-clipping” in and out of places…check, check, check.
I long for the analog world, but I’m helpless against the digital one. I need to fix this.
Just a hint of advice sweety… longing for this world to change for You is a waste, it it what NotnilC wants and is….. remember to let go, drop the anger and the ego, cuz there is NO You to begin with….. hahahaahhaaaaa….. you learm to walk through the world and be in it… but Not Of It. Peace to You fellow Earth visitor.

Hey Matt, just a few random thoughts. I just looked up Backrooms & noticed there’s also a TV show based on the same concept from 2022. I can’t remember if you referenced that last time. I haven’t watched either yet.
Regarding The Neverending Story, I agree it’s one of the great movies & truth drops ever but the book is possibly even better. The movie is only part of the first half of the book. After that it gets really, really wild. Definitely worth a read.
Also, it was cool to see what video recommendations YT was giving you. I see many of the same ones on my feed.

I met my cousin Karen one time before she’s Died of the flesh, when I was an innocent Child…. my family members always say I got my musical and vocal talents from her and that side of the family… hahahaaa… I believe it now, now that I’ve grown up, and became a master musician. I know Matt shudders when someone says this, but I don’t watch TV/even recent movies anymore, it’s just too strange for me now. It’s really creepy, it’s very dark. I also realized that for those who do, I think it doesn’t faze them…maybe, or maybe I’m just a woos now.
My mothers big on recent movies and when she comes to visit, I try and watch with her, it’s just way to gory and like I said dark and really violent. I think that’s probably what they want the masses to see. That’s like a download too.
The first time I played this video – the first few minutes were black screen with Matt talking about The Backroom. Then some stills of The Backroom appeared. Then black again. I refreshed the page and a completely different video played with Matt scrolling through Youtube thumbs saying they were the backroom.
