Send Matt a One Time Tip or Monthly

The assault on our physical and mental health never ends. The “modern light bulb” is intentionally skewed toward the “blue” end of the light spectrum and is very harmful when compared to “red light.” The video shows various clips from a neurosurgeon’s lecture that I have verified as being correct by someone in our group who has written a book about the harmful and beneficial types of light.

Thanks Matt! This perfectly syncs up with my rediscovered BIOHACKING fad! Light and more importantly specific types of light (and dark!) are so important. Also, for less buffering or freezing of the video, I just let it download on my laptop and then I can play it at my leisure.

Good advice. Matt’s Sunday presentation is huge, usually more than a gigabyte. Downloading it first definitely helps it play better, especially on my fisher price cell phone.

Good video, thank you Matt. I too believe the chemtrail program is Multi faceted. But hey I’m sure the Notnilc is doing it for our health and safety, like always. Hard these days to get a sunrise or sunset that isn’t chem’d out. They really seem to like blocking those.

Awesome topic. Blue light is especially damaging to your health if we are exposed to it at the wrong time of day, or wrong time in our sleep cycle.
Andrew Hubermann (don’t trust my spelling) had an interesting video about how night shift work takes years off your life, and ruins your health. As a result of being exposed to orange light and blue light at the wrong ends of the sleep cycle.

Natural light is best, probably full spectrum artificial light after that.

Turns actual/authentic “blue blocker” glasses help

All the eye doctors in Japan drive cataracts. I’m sure that’s not because of the chemtrails .

It’s refreshing to see some of you calling Mr. Stead out. A couple months ago, I asked him one simple question: Why Do You Keep Coming Here to slam Matt?

No matter the subject, no matter how positive the advice Matt’s sharing, Mr. Stead will spin-doctor his (Anti-Matt-er) beam (for a reason only he knows) for months now to try and convince some of you, he’s right & Matt’s wrong (or Matt’s confused…or), I won’t repeat the more sinister stuff John’s called Matt, because that usually triggers Mr. Stead to write long boring replies.

As mentioned, John still hasn’t given a reason why he does this, except to say: Hey, it’s FreeVoice I can post my opinion…
To which I said: So…if this was a Christian Church, you would keep showing up on Sunday’s to not only counter-argue whatever the Minister is saying, you would then go down to Fellowship for some coffee & donuts to work the like-minded church supporters (because…you’re on a Mission, right John?)

I’m sure me popping up today (after taking a month off his b.s.) will trigger some machine-gun fire my way…right John?

not sure why he wastes his time. it would be like me going to the RNC and trying to convince people it’s a scam. He’s probably sitting in his mom’s basement with nothing else to do

Your description is exactly what I’m picturing. I created a poster a couple years ago (really over the top) of a Troll living in Mommy’s basement. It was scary… Texas Chain Saw like (probably why Matt hasn’t featured it yet).

Gosh there are SO many studies on blue light on pubmed. I’ll give you a taste…
” Mechanisms of blue light-induced eye hazard and protective measures: a review

Abstract

The risk of blue light exposure to human health has attracted increased research attention. Blue light, with relatively high energy, can cause irreversible photochemical damage to eye tissue. Excessive exposure of the eye to blue light tends to cause a series of alterations, such as oxidative stress, mitochondrial apoptosis, inflammatory apoptosis, mitochondrial apoptosis and DNA damage, resulting in the development of dry eye disease, glaucoma, and keratitis. Accordingly, physical protection, chemical and pharmaceutical protective measures, gene therapy, and other methods are widely used in the clinical treatment of blue light hazard. We reviewed the studies on possible blue light-induced signaling pathways and mechanisms in the eye and summarized the therapeutic approaches to addressing blue light hazard.”

And then there was this one this past year:

“ Blue Light Damage and p53: Unravelling the Role of p53 in Oxidative-Stress-Induced Retinal Apoptosis
Agnes Fietz et al. Antioxidants (Basel). 2023.

Abstract

In the digital age, the widespread presence of electronic devices has exposed humans to an exceptional amount of blue light (BL) emitted from screens, LEDs, and other sources. Studies have shown that prolonged exposure to BL could have harmful effects on the visual system and circadian rhythm regulation. BL is known to induce oxidative stress, leading to DNA damage. Emerging research indicates that BL may also induce cell death pathways that involve the tumor-suppressor protein p53. Activated p53 acts as a transcription factor to regulate the expression of genes involved in cell cycle arrest, DNA repair, and apoptosis. This study aimed to explore the implication of p53 in BL-caused retinal damage, shedding light on the potential mechanisms of oxidative-stress-induced retinal diseases. BL-exposed porcine retinal cultures demonstrated increased p53- and caspase-mediated apoptosis, depending on exposure duration. Direct inhibition of p53 via pifithrin α resulted in the prevention of retinal cell death. These findings raise concerns about the long-term consequences of the current daily BL exposure and its potential involvement in various pathological conditions, including oxidative-stress-based retinal diseases like age-related macular degeneration. In addition, this study paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic approaches for oxidative-stress-based retinal diseases.”

I’ll write you off as having a spiteful crush on Matt , you really have to do your homework before you write. Or someone (like me) will call you on it. CHEERS💕

Gosh, yeah I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for John’s next come-back. Like I wrote to him before, behavior like his from someone who (for months) finds fault with every single video Matt creates, is either a Troll looking to cause Chaos or John has a secret agenda for not only calling Matt (confused, crazy and much more) but then constantly taking on everyone who dares counter-comment to his posts. What that secret agenda is (who knows?).

No doubt John is an intelligent person, his writing is top shelf, but his attitude and agenda makes one wonder why he spends sooo much time here. I don’t see him popping onto Matt’s YT videos with comments, I guess the over-whelming number of commenters at Quantum of Conscience prevents Mr. Stead from getting the attention he can bask in & so desperately desires from those here.

Johnny On The Spot: You’ve made it quite clear you come here to cause controversy, not to be creative, contribute or comfort (anyone). You’ve slammed Matt for months, while getting your tiny rocks off challenging He & Rob’s supporters.

You’ve proven (over several months) you’re a weird, weak little “know it all”, who likely learned on your grade-school grounds (back in the day) not to confront people in person with your poison (that’s too real world, right Johnny?)

You’re too scared (no real guts) to March down to a Mosque, Church, or Synagogue shooting your Smarty Pants Sh*t all over their supporters like you so generously share with us here at FreeVoice.

Oh NO, that could trigger Real World Consequences for you Johnny… like going to Jail (or worse)…

Would anyone here enjoy seeing Smarty Pants Stead’s adventures as he keeps (over & over & over) telling his Jail Cell full of Tough Guys how: He’s right & They’re Wrong.

Why not give it a shot Stead, you’ve got all the answers – march down to a Mosque, Church or Synagogue & share your sh*t, then come to FreeVoice & share your adventures with us…we’ll read every word. I personally believe you could grow as a Troll (seriously). I want to help you…give back for all you’ve given us pal.

Hey (instead of writing) why not film your stunts Stead, start your own channel (really work hard, like Matt, Rob, Myself and so many supporters here) do to contribute, put your nosey know it all nose to a real grind-stone and actually contribute something serious Stead?. No doubt you’ll be a YouTube darling, why you could call it “Johnny On The Spot” . . .

Since you’ve avoided answering one simple question I asked you over a month ago: Why Do You Keep Coming Here to slam Matt?

If it’s not too taxing for your Big Brain here’s a 2nd simple question you’ll likely never answer also: When the plate’s passed, how much money do you donate to support FreeVoice or Quantum of Conscience?

Do you actually contribute anything beyond your Smarty Pants Sh*t Stead?

Oh I’m for sure wasting my time if all I wanted to do – “was think I could change Johnny”. No I’ve only posted these (after a month off responding to Stead) for other supporters that might stumble upon this Notnilc Nonsense.

I’ve owned a few restaurants, bars & nightclubs (in North & South America) and had to deal with dummies like him for years, it’s no sweat and at least others here can clearly see his insanity. Thank you for sharing, you’re right it does waste my time, time I could be creating more Art (to donate) since I haven’t taken a penny for my posters in almost 3 years.

For the record a couple months ago, I ignored this ass-clown till it became clear I needed to challenge his trolling . . .(then as mentioned) I took time off till this mess, lol.

Yeah, it’s a hoot how Chicken Sh*t Stead, hasn’t answered 2 simple questions, but that smart as* can race to respond with his interpretation of reality.

I gave that loser the benefit of the doubt about 2 months ago, but Thank You John Stead, for proving my point now, that you’re a Troll, who doesn’t support this channel or Matt, who doesn’t agree with Matt (or any of the subs & supporters who share so much).

Finally with this thread anyone stumbling upon this can read for themselves the insanity of some weak wimp (*John Stead) who spends his time hovering on responses from a group of people he doesn’t agree with, who does sh*t like that except “know it all, weirdos, too chicken to face real people with his poison”.

Hey Matt, have you tried putting out a bowl of vinegar (ideally on a low boil) to clear the chemtrails? There’s a channel called Vinegar Blue Skies. I haven’t tried it yet bc we don’t get chemtrails where I live in Bali. It might work, nothing to lose and then I will know whether it works or not. 🤔 I’m really curious.

These purple streetlights popped up all over Europe as well. I’ve seen several different types of lamps in my city that have been purple for at least 4 years now and never get replaced. The official narrative is the same everywhere: some coating slowly wearing off, if that’s the case we should be seeing lamps in transitional stages yet nobody ever does?

My cat (M/5yo) wakes me up nearly every morning at around 5.30 to go outside. Then after his afternoon nap he wakes up at 5.30pm for a meal. Their internal clock is literally like clock-work. He spends as much time as possible in the sun rolling about to expose as much as possible to the light, except when it is really hot he seeks a shady spot.

I watched the video and my thought is of how the chemtrails tend to be heavily to the East at sunrise and to the West at sunset to block us from ‘eating the sun’, as you said. And I wonder at how people hold their hands out, up and open in praise during ceremony…. is that another way of reaching for or accepting the sun’s rays/benefits? I’m going to give all of it a go this morning as there doesn’t seem to be much, or any, chemtrailing. Thanks, Matt, for your perspective and insight.

Whatever is done
can affect you
If you believe it can,
because
“I say so” and
“I am”
the master of my mind.
My body might suffer the consequences, but it’s on loan while in this earthly realm anyway.

Isn’t that the main theme here?

My body, my choice, my mind decides for me, because First IS Mind-Conscious and Subconscious-they are ONE.

Blue light is a stimulate, as is caffeine, nicotine, and debate/drama so, it’s best to indulge in moderation. Too much could be bad for the body, good for the mind, you decide.

Jack Kruse has been around for awhile and you can go visit him at his Biohack resort in El Salvador. There you can soak up the sun while listening to his lectures, in an ice bath, holding a frosty drink, indulging in the thought, I’ve discovered the fountain of youth, while naked (if you know, you know).

Go outside and play, chemtrails or not.

Old incandescent bulbs are still easily purchased at hardware and auto stores. Look for “rough service” bulbs, the kind people use in trouble lights.

thank you for this one, matt
you are so right about the importance of light

i was going blind from macular degeneration, and the eyeball shots that the western medicine guys were pushing did not add up, so i kept researching

light is a big, big deal for our health
especially for the eyes, and everything else too

jack kruse was one of the big resources for me getting on to phototherapy
my vision seems to be slowly improving, and i found an optometrist who i think will help me dial it in better

so, don’t wait folks
listen up sooner, and include light in your health program, and everything else matt describes in this video

I enjoyed the 2 heavy hitting Wordsmiths Mr. Steed, and Mr. Lodderhose. Good debate men, I will say this regardless, Matt does a fantastic job at bringing fun and sarcasm to help people begin to understand thinking about this reality, kudos to Matt and William and thanks for all the work that is put into actually doing this content. I for one am grateful and I have been watching Matt’s program for 7+ years and hope for another decade.

Hi Mat and friends,
I bought the red light that people use in chicken coupe it gets hot so you need the ceramic bulb holder.. I keep this on at night. Its also good to heal your body. I heard it penatrates through your clothes and very good for healing the body. I also have the yellow and red blue light blocking glasses. Definitely helps. I ordered red halogen light bulbs from home depot. The blue light is definitely affecting me. Just horrible what this world is turning into.
