The notnilC is not the problem . The “good” forces are also the problem. Fluffy kittens, unselfish people, the benevolent, your loving Aunt Jenny are also the problem. The problem is Distraction .
Distraction. We are caught up in this Fake reality and Everything in it does that. People have their eyes “taken off the ball”.
Gill Bates does it, David Icke does it, Truthers do it, your mother does it, Botany, Philosophy, Basket Weaving does it, –
Everything we get distracted by is pulling us from What-We-Really-Are”. Distraction.
Buddhism -the “ten thousand things”
notnilC and The Bad Things + Mother Teresa and The Good Things are the same here. They all are “so what?”. Find out What You really Are … and to do that we find out what we are not first. ( This is Zen Buddhism – kind of)
I could ramble on about this. Distractions : Food, Shelter, Security (Money). Then suffering and pain. Then strong emotions generally. Then curiosity about stuff.
Some of us see The Search For Truth as the big interest. But The Game is designed, as Matt says to pull us away from that, down blind alleys.
There’s probably a scale of distraction from high to low.

I watched basic instinct when I was like 7 years old. It scared THE SHIT out of me. Maybe that’s why I have had relationship troubles with women. It was so bad that I wouldn’t go into the kitchen area in my grandpa’s single wide Detroiter trailer house, or back to the bathroom for a like that whole summer, alone. I know my grammar and punctuation is improper English but, so Am I! Lol… thanks Matt!
