The old iMac is the “Genesis Cave” of endless “Fake Event Images” from the past, many of which are very difficult to find today. – Matt

The guy at 1:23 probably didn’t buy the “trip interruption insurance” when he booked on trivago. I think they should use this guy for a commercial .

This was a fun walk down memory lane. Been with you 10 years now. Much love! Also a big thank you to the person who helped you set this up! I look forward to what you have to say outside the confines of YouTube every Sunday!

Awesome content, Matt. It was these types of videos that made me pray for your safety back in 2018. In your best videos from the past I would listen and it get lost in the deep thought that your videos would provoke. It was a truly awesome time in my life. I would listen to Matt’s videos and think very deeply to myself for hours after watching. I would often listen In wonderment how articulate and friendly Matt sounded. The way he brought such a jovial spirit to all of his videos made me realize as a young man that knowing this stuff doesn’t mean I have to stay down. In other words we can be friendly while taking about serious events.

‘why can’t others see these things so obvious, so unmistakeable?
this is our cross to bear’

it helps me a lot noticing that we appear to be in a very small cohort, less than 1%, maybe less than .1% or .01%
innately ontological, we question the world we find ourselves in, and almost no one else notices or cares; they only want to stick to the herd and moo

one thing we can see about this place- it is filled with ostriches, heads stuck in the sand
they just don’t want to know anything about themselves or this place, other than what the television tells them

it is so weird, but we may as well be honest about it
ironically, we are considered the weirdos!

We also can’t be positive that we ain’t the weirdos.

John Wilkes Booth, OJ Simpson, Ronald Ray-Gun, Donald Trump, Arnold (screw your freedom) Schwartz the neighbor, Clinton Eastwood, Sonny bono, Shirley Temple, all people (I can’t prove the people part) whose primary means of support was misleading the public. Fake crying, fake tears, fake everything, all the time all the way.
