I’m in Southern California; omg, there were so many “No Kings” protests going on. It really boggles the mind that a grassroots movement could organize so quickly, putting up a NoKings.com website with a map of all the protest locations almost overnight. My favorite part is how the Gasden flag has been appropriated for this Pro-Illegal Immigration movement.

Was at the phone carrier store yesterday for day eight of trying to get my brand new cell phone to work(what else could I expect) and the poor girl helping me is too afraid to go watch her little sister graduate from high school across the country because of the insane amount of turmoil in the world. The India Airlines incident didn’t help. She says she never watched the news and is now glued to it. I suggested she keep a loose eye on it only and when I said this world is fake, she didn’t flinch. For all intents and purposes this country for sure and I’m guessing most of the world is completely close to disabled anymore. Anyone else experiencing what I am calling “a million little things”? Seems every thing I do now requires a million little things added to it. I wish it would go away. Music, nature and cats are where I spend my time these days…not too different from most of my life. They are pretty much all that makes sense in this zany world. Although I’m really enjoying reruns of Rhoda on Youtube. I’ll take the 70’s life any day. You’ve mentioned before that we might have to live out this insanity. I’m sure hoping that is not the case and something simply pops through the clouds and just yells, “CUT!” Thanks Matt for making my Saturday morning complete. <3
