It’s “normal” now to be adhd, high strung, depressed, hormones out of balance. So ppl like to high five themselves for being “normal.” I look on Reddit (I know it’s led by bots) and they have all these portions that are really disturbing. But they don’t have to feel like they’re the only one feeling like a basket case.
